Arrive with a clean face when possible

Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and Vitamin E when medically appropriate
Stay hydrated
Schedule treatment at least two weeks before major events
Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours

Do not massage treated areas unless instructed
